There is no need to create an account with Favisbook. Our network is secured using SSL certificate and all your information will be safe and confidential. To book an appointment view the web calendar and fill out an application. You will receive confirmation shortly after submission.

I need a work or student visa, is Favisbook right for me?

It varies by the consulate. We suggest you inquire about that for each particular consulate.

How will I be notified about my booking confirmation?

Shortly after payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a confirmation number.

Can I reserve appointment for multiple people?

Yes, you can reserve as many appointments as you need, from the appointments available in calendar

When will I have confirmation for my booking?

You will receive a confirmation email from us directly after submitting the payment.

For the German Consulate: We will forward a booking confirmation to you using our own email.

For the Italian Consulate: You will receive another email within 24 hours from the Italian consulate containing important information regarding your appointment.

If your appointment is made for the next day, we will ensure you receive confirmation from the consulate no later than 11pm the night before your interview.

I have booked an appointment to be made tomorrow, will I receive confirmation for my booking on time?

Yes, if your appointment is scheduled for the next day, we will ensure that you receive your confirmation email from the consulate by 11 pm the night before your interview.
